Most sites advertise a short time to reach 140. And 140 degrees being the max.

Are you building the traditional from scratch?

I’m pretty intrigued by the wood burning. Seems like a great experience.

I’ve only been in commercial units that get to 160. I feel like I could sit in 140 for at minimum an hour before breaking a sweat.
