I got that sauna box from an instagram ad in September. Since I pre ordered it I only paid $300 and it’s been awesome but it is very cheaply built. Really unsure how long it’s going to last but one thing it’s done is get me hooked.. so I’m all ears to this thread on what the best options are after this thing dies.

Am I understanding correctly that the infrared sauna would require a different outlet to plug into?

Infrared uses a dedicated 15/20amp/ 110-120v outlet. Depending on wattage of course. There are full spectrum options as well. Studies show the EMF fairly low.
