A lot of my friends back in SF are getting hit with this. Refused to grow up and now they're either scrambling with IVF or accepting it and pretending no kids was the plan all along.
Imagine giving up your ability to have a child just because you aren't quite ready to give up clubbing and whoring.

I think a lot of it is more "not quite ready to give up your career" because pregnancy is that for women in competitive careers.
