All joking aside this is concerning. But under any other circumstances I would welcome well intended legal Chinese immigrants.

Actually, it is not required. My wife was in pre-CCP when she was in high school in Hunan province. Some of the pre-CCP kids (top 10% of the students) go for a couple of weeks of training - my wife actually shot rifle and pistol in China. I know many Chinese visiting scholars and university students and none of them have any military experience. My wife is the only Chinese that I know that fired a weapon in China.
As far as my wife's pre-CCP and military training go, she spends 20 to 30 hours every week translating the War Room podcast to written Mandarin and is part of a group working to replace the CCP in China with a democracy. She is a good shot too.
