So this guy shows New York “asking” for people to house “families”

A few other channels have mentioned that the Feds are discussing rent caps and those mortgages through the Feds will be forced to take them in.
So I was worried about my VA., seems I’m ok. So, I wanted to know if this has ever happened before, where the Feds intervened in housing forcing people to take in “others”…
Well guess what, they have.

“1943 the OPA had designated 370 rent control areas regulating some 11 million rented homes as well as 350,000 hotels and rooming houses.”
An act is already on the books to do it again
