Here’s where you’re wrong… I fricking HATE the EPA! I want incandescent light bulbs. I want a 6 burner gas Viking stove. I want a dishwasher that doesn’t have to run for 3 hours to clean my dishes.

This shite is not what government needs to be doing!

In situations where you need the heat of a light bulb to keep your plants from freezing, LED’s are totally a plant killer.

See post above yours. You need the heat from the incandescent bulbs to help keep plants warm. LED will not do shite.

Tell me you’re a POS that tosses trash out of the window, without telling me you’re a trashy POS.

You want corporation to pollute all our rivers, marshes , and bayous so we can’t harvest any seafood and we have to import all our seafood from China , don’t you? Admit it. Commie.

A quick google search shows you can still buy heat lamps.

This seems to be more old man yelling at cloud because he can’t do it the same way he always done it, rather than being blocked from resolving a practical problem.

SCOTUS also removed the power they had been assuming was theirs in the West Virginia case but here we are yet again.

Deep state does what it wants.

I fail to see how the three letter agencies are trying to stop this from happening.

Many refuse to connect the dots that are practically touching in front of their face. They still refuse to believe that the social experiment injection has killed millions and didn’t save any lives.

Your best bet, honestly, is to elect a republican. Democrats only grow government.

The Indoctrinated Brain: How to Successfully Fend Off the Global Attack on Your Mental Freedom
Book by Michael Nehls

Global war on the human brain.

Throughout the world, mental capacity is declining, especially among young people, while depression rates are rising dramatically. Meanwhile, one in forty men and women suffers from Alzheimer's, and the age of onset is falling rapidly. But the causes are not being eliminated, quite the opposite. Can this just be coincidence?

The Indoctrinated Brain introduces a largely unknown, powerful neurobiological mechanism whose externally induced dysfunction underlies these catastrophic developments.

PD Dr. Michael Nehls, medical doctor and internationally renowned molecular geneticist, lays out a shattering chain of circumstantial evidence indicating that behind these numerous negative influences lies a targeted, masterfully executed attack on our individuality. He points out how the raging wars against viruses, climate change, or over national borders are—more likely intended than not—fundamentally providing the platform for such an offensive against the human brain that is steadily changing our being and is aimed at depriving us of our ability to think for ourselves.

But it is not too late. By exposing these brain-damaging processes and describing countermeasures that anyone can take, Nehls brings light and hope to this fateful chapter in human history. Nothing less will be decided than the question of whether our species can retain its humanity and its creative power or whether it will lose them irretrievably.

Dude you are so absolutley wrong. The EPA preys on small business as much or more than big business, who can afford to fight back. I have been there and dealt with them when they tried to force us to clean up land polluted long ago by a big company that moved out of town, that we had title to. F that. There is no reason I should clean up someone else's mess, but the EPA felt I should.

Also, there is a point to not having rivers like India. We hit that point in 1990 or so. Most of our rivers were cleaned up and very healthy. So what do they do now? Expand scope and keep doing "things".

If the EPA wanted to be effective and useful, they would find a way to regulate the environmental soundness of products and ships coming into the USA that were not made here.

One benefit to spending my career dealing with environmental regulations, when I see these things coming, I stockpile all these much better than their replacement products. Freon? Check. Several worthy pesticides? Check. Big stock of 100W lightbulbs? Attic is full.

Back to OP, the Federal District courts are the only thing keeping this EPA from succeeding in their full blown war on the US Oil and Gas industry. Been in the business for decades (since before DEQ was even a state agency) and this administration’s EPA is the most out of control group I’ve ever encountered. They have been caught repeatedly letting NGO’s write their new regulations and write lawsuits to file (using taxpayer dollars), and unrepentant when caught by the courts. It is proof positive why Federal judge appointments matter, otherwise, the other two branches of government would have already completed the ruination of our country (which we are on the cusp of as is).

The problem is that posturing eco-politicos in and around government have a one-size-fits-all mind set. LED's don't work for all situations and for some they don't work at all. While my LEDs are going on 8 years of use, people who have not so clean power have LED's that crap out in hours or a few days.

while I agree with you. this makes me wonder how I have made it to 50 years of age. all these really smart people are telling me that it is not safe to live the same way that I have lived (healthy) this long.

I truly hate people that think they know better than me what is best for me and my family. but if you want to talk about racism (or any ism), then we will be told that we must walk a mile in their shoes to understand what others feel.
