Damn yall are taking a victory lap already?

We beat teams with a combined record of 3-9 in SEC play.

I liked Wade, more importantly I liked the excitement around the program. I admit that last year, I thought this coach was in over his head, but I am really glad I was wrong and hope I continue to be wrong.

I just want to see a jam packed arena, with a loud crowd and a team that has a chance to make a run in March. Hopefully, this can be a building block and they can become a permanent part of March Madness, get a new arena, put the students court side with a large band, and crank it up, Geaux Tigers!

It would have been nice to see him tell his players to pick up the guard at the end of the game. Made that game way too close by letting them walk it up with out the clock starting.

Took getting the ball drained deep in your face with less than a second taken off twice to actually do something about.

Basic stuff.

We will find out who is on the bus next year. This year has a lot of mature players and certainly needs to reload.

He seems to be more of and X O coach compared to what we use to have through the years.

That guy was making 30 foot jumpers off the dribble. That is precisely the shot you want him to take when he hasn't made those at that point in the game.

Yeah, keep Steph Curry from scoring. Somehow "basic stuff" that NBA teams have failed to master.

agree 100%

But unfortunately LSU mens basketball is that one sport where only winning draws butts in the seats.

The point was to stop letting them roll it half way up the court without the clock running. Pick up the ball handler right away and get that clock moving.

Damn dude.. you realize we already have more sec wins than all of last year?? I wouldve given a lot to have beaten these 3-9 sec record teams last season. Its the perfect time to victory lap now with 3 signs of positive momentum.

“His problem was that he was the worst recruiter I've ever seen in the history of all major sports at LSU.”

I agree, I think a new arena, better set up and getting the crowd on top of the court would help, but at the end of the day someone needs to create a multi year culture of winning.

I think it can and should be done, I sure hope we are about to see it, because I miss the days of power house non-conference, national televised games.

maybe eventually mcmahon will win enough that people will stop trying out the asinine claim that the women could compete with the men. some asshat will inevitably make that idiotic claim during any losing streak.

He is a solid coach. Inherited a mess. Takes time to turn

TJ was inarguably the worst recruiter out of any LSU MBB coach.. even MM is better at recruiting than him
