This is a very weird time in the NBA

I've been watching thr nba since 1987 and never have I seen multiple players go off for 60+ like they are now.

Also the number of blow outs is crazy. Teams losing by 40, 50 points.

Losing 20 point fourth quarter leads too.

It's freaking crazy.

I really think they need to do two things.

Start swallowing thr whistle and not rewarding minimal contact. Get rid of the corner 3 and move the rest of the line back three feet.

Adam Silver wants it like this. You cant be physical in today's game like back then because he figures the casual fan doesn't want to watch 90-88 games like the 90s. He wants points scored for entertainment and viewership so defense is nonexistent in todays game.

Most teams are so reliant on 3 pointers now that they can be great one day and horrendous the next. Take this Pels game for example: 3 days ago they score 153 because their shot was on. Tonight they will be lucky to score 100
