Unless it is something required immediately, I get my auto parts from Rock Auto.

Don’t you need to get replacement headlights “realigned” ?

Need to calibrate the lights so they won't blind people. You do this by adjusting the knob on the light, but to do it accurately you need one of those walls with markings on it.

Do they have rock holes in them or something?
Or are they just cloudy?

If they’re cloudy, you can easily fix that for much, much less.

This stuff worked great:

Cerakote Restoration

Yes, that is the only reason I am lookin to replace them because I tried a lot of other products but they got cloudy again in no time. I haven’t heard this product but I will definitely try them out. Thanks

Can you buy OEM parts from RA and have the dealership do the work? Reason I ask is that I have a bunch of electrical malfunction with my headlights and turn signals and I get the feeling a lot of private repair shops arent going to want to touch this.

RA is fine if you have time to wait and don’t need to get an immediate fix from Autozone.

They also tend to advertise with more conservative/libertarian outlets as well if that’s your thing.

ETA: by fine I mean acceptable if you’re ok with the wait. They’re a great company with good customer service.

I bought new motor mounts for my Volvo from RockAuto, as the mechanic was having delays in getting them from dealer.

Mechanic installed them, and they didn’t work well at all. Mechanic recommended that we get actual Volvo mounts, and he installed them.

I returned the original mounts to RA and they refunded my money.

Satisfied customer here, but learned two things:
1. Never buy aftermarket motor mounts, and
2. Never buy a Volvo.

Look for CAPA certified - that is Oem equivalent and insurance approved.

once OEM get cloudy, you have to polish them a every few weeks to keep them in shape. Keep your OEM lights, the after market will yellow in a year or so or the mirror will turn black.

I think there is a never expiring code for 10% off or something like that which offsets some shipping cost.

Easy to look up.
