It says she was part time bartender. Why would she be the only one working? Forget him, he was there on her behalf but that means no other worker was there?
If they closed at midnight usually they cut off at 1130. And once last patron leaves the doors are usually locked for cleanup and shutdown.
Hopefully they have video from surrounding area and can see cars coming/going. Also, anyone who was there earlier and might have seen someone strange. If its a small bar usually patrons know each other and a stranger would stick out. If someone left at 11:45 and only her and a patron were there that might be a way to get info, if they come forward.
