It was fricking stupid and it opened the floodgates and made these low iq, unskilled, uneducated Illegal Immigrants feel entitled to come here. Reagan should have not and didn't have to do that. It was a huge blunder. The idea that every Illegal Immigrant in this country came in under a Democratic Administration is laughable. The border has been 'open' for over 40 years now.
