The Russian government is making sure that there is no western disinformation in it. Since this is an obvious propaganda ploy. The only question is if it is propagated meant for the West or the Russian people.

And he’s MUCH smarter than Trump & Tucker combined. Well, Tucker is probably “smart” but not street smart enough to not be outsmarted by Putin.

It’s for malcontents in the West. Russians don’t give a frick who Tucker Carlson is.

I am going to watch the interview. I have already heard Putin’s talking points and read the pro-Russian talking points on telegram and X regularly. I have also been to Ukraine and Russia and communicate regularly with people in both countries. Does that make me an expert? No. However, I am better informed than the posters here.

Here’s hoping Tucker is as hard hitting and asks the tough questions like the real journalism practiced by our media.

However unlike 99.9% of posters here I have been to Ukraine

Do us a favor and stay there if you care so much about their border. Our money should be spent on our border.

Why did a 3 day military operation turn into a 2 year war? Why should the Russian people reelect you when your 3 day special military operation has cost anywhere from 150,00-350,000 Russian lives? Do you regret invading Ukraine since the invasion has made Russia weaker and NATO stronger? Why can Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania join NATO but Ukraine cannot? How do you feel about the rest of the CIS/CTSO telling you to f**k off when you asked them for assistance?

lol

Yeah, you sound really objective.

do you believe the media - any media- is telling you the truth 100% of the time? Do you also believe that America is in the right on every issue and we should put implicit trust in our leaders?

I chose it carefully. It’s an apt description of many of you and your views on “globalism” and “the Deep State” aka American hegemony

I’ve been to both Russia and Ukraine as well. I have friends and relatives in both countries that I communicate with regularly.

You are woefully uninformed.

Would you say it’s better, worse, or the same as deplorable?

When you can liquidate a country of millions of people and turn them into an army completely backed by nearly endless military training, weapons, and military analysts from a whole coalition of many wealthy western countries. Then you have a pretty strong force. I.E. Israel. Despite these odds and often being a much smaller force (at the beginning have 1/3 less forces) Russia has been the one slowly winning the war.

and NATO stronger?

This will be judged 10 years from now as countries like France and Germany have suffered from this and all will have to relook at how they see their relationship with UK and the USA. Germany for one had a major pipeline bombed by the USA which was an act of war against the German people.

but Ukraine cannot?

They likely will be able to but they wont be allowed to let NATO put a strategic naval base on Crimea and bases in Ukraine that can threaten Russia.

Just by showing up to do the interview, Tucker has more balls than all other “journalists” combined.

Kremlin, as well as scores of other journalists, say Tucker is wrong when he claims no other Western journalists have bothered to interview Putin. Putin's press secretary says they have fielded many requests for interviews.

So, the only Western journalist Putin is currently willing to speak with is Carlson. Wonder why that may be??

I hear both sides whenever I look X. Just expand your followings to include news from both sides.

Personally I have not watched cable news since 2018 and my life has improved for the better. I read X, TD, realclearpolitics, and check telegram for my news. I highly suggest that people stop watching cable news.
