BCBS, especially over the last 2-3 years, is difficult to work with from both physician and patient perspective, no doubt. But it's not in the same stratosphere as Anthem/Elevance.

Elevance has the money and willingness to make that “as long as possible “ into forever. They’re flat out soulless. At least Louisiana Blue are your neighbors. Not perfect, but better than a giant corporation with an extensive slimy track record.
