57 and the same situation. Health issues and just upsets everything normal.

I am 57 and dont have any health issues at all other than being a fat arse right now.
I sleep a maximum of 5 hours a night and have for 30 damn years. I just cant sleep. I dont know why and I am tired of fighting it
If all I can sleep is 5 hours a night, then that is what it shall be. Just sick of trying to figure it out
