Ive got a 9 year old, a 3 year old and a 2 year old.
When they go to bed at 7, me and the wife are no more than 30 minutes behind them and to exhausted to even pretend to stay awake. We might watch Dateline or 20/20 but we rarely finish an episode. I might wake up once in the night to piss but thats it. I sleep until my alarm at 6 to get the kids up.

I try for at least 7 but usually its around 6ish...I need more sleep
