Saw on reddit that's it maybe a Cisco problem, which provides backbone services for ATT. Started just before 4am, so probably an update issue.

Does this not adequately explain why 2 of the same phones next to each other can have different results? Did the solar flares burn up the cell service antenna in 1?

Sorry people. I was at my wits end with the telemarketers. I had to do it. What’s left of the satellite will re enter the atmosphere at about noon. Look up for fireworks.
