Update: estimate from 1st roofing company= $1200
This is just a standard sheet metal Chimney cap style that is typical on most newer BR homes with Chimneys. Like this one LINK

Was coming to post that I paid $1200 for mine.

I had my local HVAC guy bend me a chimney cap using the sheet metal they use to make ducts. It had two 90 degree bends. I used some aluminum L shaped metal from Lowe's to stiffing it up. Painted it to match the brick. Cost me less than $100 and it's been on the chimney 15ish years

Estimate from both Roofer and Chimney Sweep are about the same. Who would be better to change Chimney Cap?
My Chimney is about 10 feet higher than my roof. I am not getting on a ladder on my roof.
