I have halfway been following this.
Can someone just give me a summary of what exactly the defense is asking for and on what basis?
Are they asking that all charges be dismissed, that the Fulton County DAs office be removed from the case - both, or something else?
And is the basis for this that Willis was enriching herself by hiring her lover and funneling all this cash and benefits to him and her through funds from the case?

Prosecutorial misconduct means the charges are dismissed and there is no chance of resurrecting them. The bigger issue I see if the spillover effect in that the prosecutorial misconduct reached into other cases against Trump where Willis/Wade were meeting with other prosecutors.
