Looks like Carrie Underwood in that first pic

Looks nothing like that first pic in the video, or any of the IG pics. . She looks rough, like someone you'd find passed out in their car at the beach.

So, to be clear, merely sitting in a vehicle drivers seat on private property while drunk incurs the OT's wrath? Maybe she didn't have a stereo other than the one in her car from which to enjoy her tunes. I know the law talks about "control of the vehicle" and all that but it seems like DRIVING would be a big part of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.

She's not an anomaly.

There are tons of videos out there of drunk female drivers going APE after the Police have the NERVE to arrest them.

I know there are men too, but the "Women are Wonderful Effect" blinds alot of people to how shtty alot of women are.

I could be a cop for about a day and a half before I lost my shite on some of these idiots.

Serious question, in your opinion, should a drunk person be arrested for DWI if the police show up and that person is sitting in the driver's seat of a car parked on private property?

What about sitting in a car parked in your garage while drunk? Garage door open or shut?

What about driving a car on private property while drunk?

What about driving an ATV around the deer camp while drunk?

What about drinking in your home with the car keys in your pocket?

Trying to figure out the line here.

When I was a youngin a cop in our town winged a fleeing suspect in the leg and it was like, oh, okay. He shouldn't have run. They would also get out the rubber hoses if they were questioning somebody who was uncooperative. I don't think they ever had to use them, the implied threat was usually enough.

Yet there's a nearly 100% that you text and drive or at least have more than you'd care to admit. Which is just as dangerous if not more so than drinking and driving. The penalties for using your device and driving should be just as harsh as for DWI. Maybe more so.
