Slemco Substation Outage

Rumor on the street is 3 substations are out affecting Broussard/Youngsville. Anyone have any other info?
Is this the beginning of the Obama movie?

Doesn't look like a huge issue. I live a ways north of Lafayette in more rural parts and have slemco. They're tip top when it comes to repairs and calls.
