My house is 5 feet above BFE, I’d assume that makes a difference. Otherwise not sure, flood insurance is run by the federal government so it’s not surprising if it doesn’t make sense.

I just ran a quote at +5 bfe and it’s $1100+ and you saying it hasn’t changed is weird. Not sure you’re looking at the correct source
