quote:

Paul and Tyson will headline a boxing event July 20 in Arlington, Texas, at AT&T Stadium, the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys. Netflix made the announcement on social media, also revealing that the card will stream for subscribers on their platform, which is making major moves in the live sports and entertainment world.

Thoughts? It's interesting to say the least.

Great move by both...will draw unreal viewership and both will get paid $$$$$$. Say whatever you want about the Paul brothers, but they are doing more for boxing than anybody else.

If Paul lasts more than 1 round then it’s clearly staged. Even at this age, Tyson should be able to knock him out without issues

I feel like this is so disrespectful to Mike's legacy. He is a couple years away from 60. Of course there's a very good chance that he loses this fight. But if he was 20 years younger, it wouldn't even be a fair fight.

This would be like if Michael Jordan agreed to play some random G-league player 1-on-1. It's just stupid.

Got potential.

Tyson needs to chomp at Paul's ear and spit out blood" for max WWE effect.

(And...Is Don King still alive?)

Let's face it -- ALL sports are sliding to WWE-type performances & results on and off the field/court/ring. Can not take any "profe$$ional" $port $eriously anymore.

I’m not a big Tyson fan. But it would be nice to see him put Paul on his arse.
