The Louisiana Supreme Court is my friend and since 1979 the La SC held in State v. Catanese , 368 So.2d 975 (La. 1979 that "polygraph results are per se inadmissible in criminal trials" If you have case law from the La Supreme Court were they reversed themselves please cite it.

Listen, in principle, we agree.
But in fact, other states do allow them to be admissible.
