Great point but the Messiah is injury prone.

WTF is this? In the 9 years before last year he missed 2 games w a broken leg and 1 game w a broken back.
And even w 2 shoulder injuries and 2 concussions, he didn’t miss a start last year

He just says stuff. Don't matter what it is. Just says stuff!

Haener until we hear otherwise. There's quite a few vets out there, so we might be waiting until it's quieter to give one a smaller deal.

Tannehill
Garroppolo
Huntley
Flacco
Hoyer
Dobbs
Stick
Gabbert
Wentz
Kyle Allen
Siemian

Tannehill and Jimmy are about it.
Flacco gone to Indy. 8 mil one year.

Wonder if Siemian “has an in since” he was the QB for part of the time Kubiak was the offensive assistant in Denver

I know this may be kind of absurd

Part of me thinks we signed the worst backup who was no threat to Carr and his feelings.

No one is going to look at Peterman and demand he starts if things go bad for Derek.

Wouldn’t you Carr haters want to tank if Carr goes down?

Underhill pointing out he worked with Janocko in CHI and has backed Carr up before

Also signed for the minimum

Nah, im anti tank. I want a quality backup.

Also, im not necessarily a Carr hater per say. Im not actively rooting against him. Its in our best interest if he succeeds.

well it wasn't the Hokey Pokey that is for sure.

I also do not hear anything saying he was this phenomenal draft steal we got.

i don't think peterman survives cuts. haener probably shows growth in the offseason program and pre season and we roll with him as backup and 2 deep at QB

Carr and Peterman might just be a bottom 5 QB room in the NFL. Thanks, Mickey

This costs $8mm now. Saints tried to get Flacco but too much money when we need to get a DE

Very well may not. He’s basically a coach since he knows Janocko already

I’m sure they want to see what they have in Haener as well

I know it cost... but since the organization is anti tank as well you would think they would have a servicable backup plan if Carr goes out.

No reason to sign Peterman with Tannehill still available...familiarity with peterman be damned

I’d rather have Peterman and a good DE or tackle than Flacco and shitty DE/Tackle. We’re fricked if Carr goes down regardless.
