Johnson is suggesting exactly what Trump proposed.
Trump didn't say don't send them money. He said call it a loan so it's more palatable.
Yet again Cult45 gives Trump a pass.
btw-He is on record as saying he will give Ukraine more than they could imagine if Putin doesn't agree to a cease fire. Cult45 memory holed that.
