She doesn’t know any of the continents or the definition of one.

When she was asked if she keeps a cash hoard in her house because she said she usually has $15,000 at home..

Her response was What did you call me?

Thinking he was calling her a cash whore.

I have no idea how she got through high school, college or law school.

There is no way Willis, Wade, and Bradley all legitimately graduated and passed the bar. None. They came across as absolute morons.

I will give her this: next to you, she’s J. Robert Oppenheimer.

Perhaps the standards in Georgia are just that low. I mean, the guy from Fani’s office who gave the closing arguments wasn’t overly bright, either.

This sounds like something my racist grandpa would say...I'm not sure exactly what you wanted here except a trump win based on assumption?

she wore her blouse backwards during the biggest day of her life and didn't understand the concept of a "hoard" of cash

That was the out the trash judge used which is nonsense.

But the issue is they didn't rely on enough documentation to get them. They had some subpoenas outstanding that may have done it. A full litigation schedule and they likely could have achieved the goal, but they shot their wad too quickly.

Scuse me Mr. HogJr.....not knowing what a continent is, and wearing clothing backwards, are pretty non-subtle signs of mental retardation....

OK, so what does this mean for timing now? I think we all know this case is a waste of time but it could impact the election pre-election. I read it another thread that the defense will be potentially filing motions to require everything Wade did to be redone, which I imagine would add a lot of time to the trial prep.

Remember when you lied and claimed to be a conservative?

Yet, here you are, defending Fani.

I think this trial happens a lot later now, but being after the election probably doesn't matter with this one

If Trump wins it would certainly matter. Sitting President and such.

For a state prosecution?

I somewhat get the federal separation of powers argument, but a state prosecution wouldn't have those issues

One might even suspect that it especially applies to state level actions. It’s no doubt a good question insomuch as how it would be “enforced,” and I would predict that there might possibly be “declaratory judgment” of sorts issued by either lower or appellate federal courts, upon application for same by the administration, or perhaps even that type scenario in first instance from the High Court itself. Of course utilizing the Justice Department’s guidance with the heretofore “official” policy regarding criminal pursuit of a sitting President.

I can't see a state holding a trial for the sitting President.
