Yup.
You raise them to all get a ring when only the winners should get rings.
So now instead of the trophy being the award the little kiddos only care about the shiny fake ring and the flat bill hat at the end of the day.
Made sports worse off and those kids now think everyone gets something and its just not true.

Lol have you ever been to a tournament? Only first and second get rings. That's how it should be.
When I was a kid we got a participation trophy at the end of the year during rec ball....and that was STUPID.
