If you are an immigrant, you still get due process. bill of rights does not say, citizen, at least I don't think it does.
The voting part does specifically spell out citizens though. An there is a law they can not vote in federal elections.
It was originally men that are citizens, The 15th was you cant discriminate on race, so black men can vote, then the 19th cant discriminate against sex.

Unlawfully entering the country is not immigration. They should be arrested and deported. The idea that they should be given the same protections as legal immigrants is preposterous.
This is a slippery slope that will only serve to reduce the meaning and value of citizenship. The US will not last long under a system of law that is not built on principle.

And I defend their right to self-defense in their own country. They have no business being here. Their very presence is illegal. This is the root of the issue. Making them de facto citizens is insane.
