Wade lost to a southland team his first season. But yet everyone dickrides that season when they made the NIT as well as we did.
Wade did great at McNeese this year no doubt, but the dickriding and glazing went WAY too far.
Give McNeese our schedule and let’s see if they go dancing.
Fact is most Wade nut huggers are basketball casuals who hop on bandwagons to support success. I wasn’t surprised at all Wade was doing well because:
1. The southland is awful
2. He is a good coach
3. They have the most talent in that conference by a landslide
Which is why I think it’s a little silly to treat him like a god when all he’s doing is dominating a low major… I know an LSU coach that had a 30 win season and multiple trips to the NCAAT at a mid major…
