DWAC shareholders approve merger

Could start trading under "DJT" ticker early next week. I think this will have a nice bump upwards once this happens. Also if he post bail on Monday this may rocket. And no I do not think he sells any shares to pay for his legal issues.

A no revenue company with basically zero users using its product valued at 6B. Seems like a no brainer. Looks like Trump has a six month lockup on his shares until he can start dumping on his "investors".

Long term business plan:
The country is hungry for social media without big brother censorship, non-woke entertainment, real journalism instead of mockingbird media fake news, and non-cancel culture web services.
Think of how even Fox New is controlled opposition and has been been abandoned by patriots in the know. If they can get TMTG News on popular streaming platforms and/or a smart TV app it should take off.
IF Trump stays alive, and TMTG executes on this plan, it could be Yuge!
All they have right now is Truth Social so could take a while to build out the other services, but now with the merger going through they have the capital to start moving on it. TS membership should swell in the meantime during the upcoming election cycle with Trump posting there exclusively.
Hope to see a nice pop early next week though when the TDS shorts are forced to cover with the ticker change to DJT and the news gets out and gathers more attention.
It’s a risk, could all go under, or could be bigger than Amazon, Wal Mart, etc… We’ll see.
If I lose it all, will be fine with it as I see it as a fight / revolution against the evil globalist puppet masters that are currently in control of our government and are trying to bring permanent tyranny to replace our republic and eliminate our rights.
We are in a 5th generation war, and the 1st amendment is at the center of it.

Trump is going to get a waiver that lets him sells the shares he needs to cover the bond during appeal. The value is going to be high for a bit and through the election as Trump gets a lot of attention there, but seems risky as a long term play.
If you're a Trump supporter and want to contribute to his campaign and still get some value, then buy some and gamble on it. Otherwise there are likely better options for you.

This is a high risk trade idea only. Probably will pop. Certainly going to zero. But when? I’m not taking a stab at it. Best of luck to those of you who do

I got one share of DWAC on Robinhood for $44.47 a few weeks ago because of this board. I wake up today and the name has changed and it’s hovering at $65-70…Wild.
