I'm certainly no Trump apologist and I believe that Truth Social will ultimately fail. However, many (or most) of the businesses that bear the Trump name were licensing deals. He wasn't running those businesses. Even many of the Trump Towers and hotels around the world are not owned by him (at least not fully).
