Yes - that's my concern with losing the LA Open and now this - hard to see the club around in 10 years if I'm being honest unless they neighborhood galvanizes around it

If the neighborhood doesn’t, they’ll be taking a significant haircut on property values if course closes. Numerous examples of home values dropping 20-40% in failed golf course community.
