You could make a decent lick doing fireworks twice a year. I think you need a permit to buy from a wholesaler or find someone who can buy.
Maybe get some Christmas trees from NC and sell them down here for 2.5x.
I know people who have done both of the above. Your life will suck for 2-3 weeks but might be worth it depending on your situation.
