Thankfully, the Constitution is an "anti-democratic" document and doesn't give a shite about what the "supermajority" likes.

If they want to change the Constitution, there's a mechanism for doing so.

Or they can just wait and flip the court via democratic processes

No they don't, they love the dishonest version of roe our misinformation industries and trash institutions have installed in their stupid brains.

That sounds like you aren't disagreeing with my comment.

You're just using a lot of qualifiers to state your personal opinion about the fact that so many people in the country want abortion legally-protected as a right.

Correct. This is why congressional term limits is not the solution currently.

Since you are one of those "Mr. Know it all's", why aren't you out there making the world a better place instead of posting on a sports board. You have posted almost a half million times over the years. 21,000 posts approximately a year. You have a disease.

Here is a discussion about this very issue.
4 boxes diner
During oral arguments regarding debit fees Justice Brown Jackson asked a question and referred to the Chevron doctrine in the past tense.

Later in the oral arguments Justice Kagan appeared to walk back what Jackson said.

Here is a transcript of the questions Reason aticle by Jonathan Adler

for those interested in the 2nd amendment, 4 boxes diner you tube channel by Mark Smith is pretty good on the issue.

Sure, but bad is very subjective. The super majority of the US loves Roe and thinks Dobbs is bad

Subjective with regard to the general populace, maybe.

The United States Constitution doesn’t give a rats arse about the whims of the mob.

Roe is unconstitutional, period. Precedent be damned.

SFP sits around smelling his own lawyer farts. He hates the fact that the U.S. Constitution is largely straightforward enough for the common man to understand it, because it means he doesn’t have some special insight over non-lawyers.

If this crap started 40 years ago because of ambiguous congressional laws then the laws should have been sent back to congress to clarify and make them by God, do their jobs.

So you are saying that tradition and normality are your concern? With exactly what’s happening currently? That’s your concern? LMAOOOO

You can thank the People you support for that, it’s now, gloves off, partisan, and a joke! Its fight fire with fire, once this president has been broken, when the government is prosecuting the political opposition, this is third world trash! You know your policy and arguments are flawed, ineffective, and unpopular!

We essentially have a dictator in power!
