HVL with great defense, 3 steals, 5 assists and only 1 TO today. Only negative was her not being able to make shots. But, she didn't force a lot, and made free throws when it counted.

Overall, just a great team win..Flau'jae took over. Morrow and Williams made huge shots. Reese fought hard down low against a tough opponent.

I don't watch a lot of WBB, so that's why I don't chime in (I wonder if others can comprehend that on other sports lol).

However, that was a terrific finish.

She wanted a T against Reese for taunting the bench. Would have had a free throw plus the ball. Not sure why she was pissed at Kim, though.

Same here with me and gymnastics. I acknowledge it is a popular sport but I neither follow nor understand it. I read the results and root for LSU. But because of this, I don’t jump in gymnastics threads acting like I’m an expert. I stay out of them.

I appreciate you doing the same for wbb and yes, a helluva lot more people should be following our lead on this board.

That's a pretty good statline for a point guard. Playing good defense and only one turnover.

So many want to talk bad about her but she has, from the moment she got to LSU, worked hard to be a team player and do her part to help the team win.

UCLA coach is the Gary Patterson of WBB. Portly coach that can't stand still.

They gave Mulkey slack for that timeout with 2:30 or so left, but LSU came out and went on that 14-2 run after.

Kim is now 10-1 in the NCAAT as the HC at LSU. Kim isn't perfect but she is right more than wrong. They handled the end of the game beautifully.

Yup after blowing a 10 point lead they didn’t melt down and kept it close enough to finish at the end. Mark of a title team

Agreed. I follow LSU teams and the threads here for sure, but I'd rather read stuff from posters that know the sport compared to pretending to be an expert and have an ignorant opinion.

So happy the Tigers won. Living in SoCal, Bruin fans are insufferable, sanctimonious blowhards.

And now the defending Natty champs move on to the elite 8 to face winner of Iowa and Colorado. I expect the Iowa rematch. Hope somebody knocks off that thug program at South Carolina.
