We keep blaming them for everything...that said, all the things we've done in Ukraine and NATO, I won't be surprised if Russia does something very evil to us...

Remember who the bad guys were 20-30 years ago? It was generally radical Muslim terrorists....jihadists.
And now?
Watch any action movie made the last 10-15 years and the bad guys are generally Russian gangsters formed after the fall of the Soviet Union and the rise of Russian oligarchs tied to the Russian government.

And one of the earliest instances of this directed energy weapon being used that the 60 minutes buffoons espoused was against three CIA agents in Ukraine in 2014 immediately after the “uprising” (aka staged coup) that led to Zelensky. Now why would Russia feel the need to retaliate against the CIA over a change of government in Ukraine? This obvious line of inquiry was totally ignored.
