How anyone can walk into most gas stations/7-11 and legally buy this plant based liquid opioid is beyond me. Very addictive and there's a reason its illegal in a shitload of states.

Bohlinger is a stakeholder in the biggest medical Marijuana grow house in Louisiana(just outside of Ruston).

He is a huge opponent to legal hemp options. Go figure.

Indeed.
That being said, if one were so inclined, they could get legal THCA flower and other hemp-derived products delivered to their doorstep. The quality and price of THCA flower blows anything and everything LA medical marijuana has to offer out the water.
