You are completely admitting there is a huge discrepancy in the federal charges between J6 protestors and the Climate protesters, Palestinian protesters, and Kavanaugh protesters. On the basis of just the law of “obstructing an official proceeding” 18 code 1505.
You are just entering a whataboutism, and sticking to it, based on local police statistics…
