I always find that odd because that was back in the era of "clean your plate". I assume that it caused us to be full on less calorically dense food and not wanting a bag of chips or a candy bar 5 minutes later.

I always think it’s odd that the OT comments on the fitness/slenderness of said people from photos from 70/80/90s

You realize these people in these photos are the elderly fat fricks that you’re seeing right now?

But the libs and Oprah want us to believe fatness is a disease...no fatness is an outcome of overeating, high fructose corn syrup in everything and sitting on your arse reading your phone instead of moving..Period..
We had 1fat kid in the entire 8th grade in 1978. 1...and the beach was devoid of fat, tattooed parents as well.
