No, just no.

I joined the Air Force only because they had cool airplanes I wanted to fly. The indoctrination/military training and fake yelling is barely a footnote on my career. I only did it because it was a requirement to do what I wanted to do in the military.

All that said, the rise of these civilian SOF training programs is weird. Just get into Jiu Jitsu if you want to better yourself.
