Spend $30 to $50K on a lot. $97K on the dry-in kit, $15Kto $20K on lot clearing and foundation, $60K for interior finish, insulation, etc. Be at $200K and have a 1022 tiny house with no garage. What a deal!

Its just a dry in kit. Its the same as building any house. Those things are in addition to this kit

$97000 for 1000 square feet with another $150,000 needed for land and to make it a functional house.

I mean the old ones were way way nicer. Probably still required craftsman to assemble.

The Amish will build you a 1000 sq ft cabin for a lot less than that.

The sears houses were also complete kits. Not just the framing and exterior finish.

I can put you in contact with an Amish guy in Tennessee who will build you a 12×36 wood or metal sided building with whatever walls you want and your choice of doors and windows for astronomically cheaper than that bullshite.
