Speak to your primary doctor about getting a pack of prednisone. Helps immensely. And yeah, generally speaking, always a good practice to shower with Dawn soap and a washcloth after working outside.

Prednisone works. I'm on day 3 of my pack for poison ivy or poison oak or something.

I got it from clearing out brush and saplings to put up a few more rifle and pistol targets.
