I think this is the general consensus of most fans.

I watched the regular season LSU-USC game and watched the LSU-Iowa game, primarily for the drama. I did watch a little of the USC-Iowa game, but only because I have a daughter at USC.

These are the elite teams, but it's still not a good product. With the rare exception of a few players (Clark, and a couple from SC), there's just not much athleticism on display. The game is played entirely on the floor, there's no leaping ability to speak of by anyone.

Not trying to bash here, I've got two daughters and support women's sports.

But the product on the floor just isn't compelling enough to grab my interest, without some other reason to draw me in.
