They do not bitch about it. They actually want to work.
Minimum wage is too low to pay anyone. If they are doing hard work, yes, pay them more if you are able to afford it.

Uhhhhh, no.
H2A (Agriculture) farm workers make a little under $15/hour and have their housing paid while they are here.
