Hm, why not an amendment to the US Constitution, because, Article 3 doesn't say shite about term limits for Justices?

Yeah, I want term limits for the legislature for sure, but if USSC doesn't say so, amend it.

If 49 states agree, it should be child's play to get the state legislatures to approve an amendment. But, they're confused? It's PR.

Right now, 19 states have called for a Constitutional Convention. If that number reaches 34 states, a Constitutional Convention is set and the 50 states can make all kinds of changes to the Federal Gooooooooooooberment and US Constitution.

I mean..... all kinds!! Just saying that is what really needs to happen in this country. The Commies are scared to death of it happening.
