And yes it was easy to tell from a wide glance which threads were active instead of going "ok this thread, look to the right of the screen, 10 posts. This thread, look to the right of the screen, 20 posts. This thread, look to the right of the screen, 300 posts". You could just see immediately at first glance which threads had a lot of discussion and which ones had probably just been started or not that active.

I promise that you will get used to these changes very soon...there have been very few complaints at SECrant.com...

This was not the endorsement I would have pursued......

Well, that place isn't as refined as the OT.

Please bring back the “return to top” button

And make the buttons colored with white text. It’ll look a lot better, trust me.

Change happens. Life moves on. Do I have to buy a Tesla now and also "upgrade" to Windows 13?

Just tried dark on small screen tablet (Android, ddg browser) and I'm a little light headed. Looked good, but too much change at once.

Paging links are still there but after I click on topic? Seems like an extra step.

Site is all white space on K-meleon browser (laptop) but hey it's old anyway.

I would just like to say that everyone should be very grateful the site administrators here actually GAF about your feedback and are actively trying to assist and support those having difficulties with the new format.

A lot of y'all sound like spoiled children and grumpy about the changes even though much of the negative feedback seems to be tongue in cheek.

I look forward to receiving your downvotes.

Back to "Top" Link The "Top" link that appeared on each forum post on the mobile version was also removed. Space was getting limited in that area. We are beta testing a way for a user to to increase font size in their Account Settings, which would cause more spacing issues. It took me a little bit to get used to not having it but now I just click the top of my phone screen to take me to the top or just scroll up.

You know my feelings on this.

Not sure if this has been mentioned or if it is purposeful, but I'm seeing a pinned thread at the bottom of page 1 on this board.

I was a fan of the page numbers too especially for long term threads I go back to. And I agree it seemed to make gauging a hot topic a lot easier than looking at the replies.

That being said I kind of really do like the last page feature. Keeps me from trying to find where I left off last time in long term threads.

I’ll call it a wash.

Not a fan of many of these changes.

Definitely a case of, "If it ain't broke, let's fix it until it is."
