Neal does seemed to be good at patting the pitcher on the butt and telling him "atta boy" when he strikes out the batter for the third out.

He is 1.5 seasons in, sometimes it just takes time. I havent given up on him yet. None of those other guys have the potential to play a good centerfield and cant really hit either

I’ve got two. Stevenson and Krob.
