What's stopping Johnson from firing Yeskie midseason??

What exactly tonight is causing this post? I mean for Tenn being one of the best offenses in the country we held them down pretty well if you take away the 2 errors. We have 1 run at a boom box stadium.

The pitching is an issue but there’s still time to turn it around and we have a lot of depth there. We were calling for WJ to be fired until mid may a year ago.
The hitting is def a much bigger problem.

I’m being dead arse serious. Dutton was pretty good. He had a double played turned error and his catcher threw a ball to the left field wall when the runner had such a bad jump. jump gave up 1 home run. tenn leads the nation in slugging this lineup is no easy task to go through.

Not sure what good it would do at this point, but perhaps he does after the season. Then again that'll be what 4 new pitching coaches in 4 years?

Would have to fire the hitting coach too. Maybe it's not the coaches but the players.

Because Johnson is like Miles with Offense and Orgeron with Defense when it comes to pitching. It doesn’t matter who the PC is Johnson does not let them have full control. Take away Skenes and out pitching has been bad every year regardless of who the PC is.

Idk, we did have some pretty great pitching performances in the postseason from guys not named Skenes.
