What Does 'For Real For Real' Mean?

To me a person that uses this phrase is fully acknowledging that what usually comes out of their mouth is complete BS. They know this, and they know you know this. Nothing changes if they say 'for real' once. It's very likely still complete BS. However, when they say 'for real for real' you should take that statement as truth because even though most of what they usually say is a lie, they have now spoken they magical words and are expected to be taken seriously.
