and unfortunately, schools recognize this will continue and charge accordingly.
They still get theirs but instead of from the student, it's from taxpayers at large...

Then it should be subject to detailed review of their earnings compared to those that could be earned in the private sector for a similar job and the forgiveness should be capped at that difference.
That’s if we should have such a program at all.
